Bank WAP Mobile Banking
As more and more customers are opting for
cash-less transactions and making banking transactions
on the move; to offer more flexibility to the
customers to opt for various channels, Indian
Bank offers “WAP Mobile Banking” to
our customers. All customers who have
enabled GPRS facility on their mobile handset
can access their account details through WAP
based mobile banking.
WAP Mobile Banking offers various account
related enquires, transfer of funds (Intra-bank & Inter-bank
through NEFT) at customers convenience at 24
x 7 basis. The WAP Mobile Banking is secured
through login password (MPIN) and OTT (as two-factor
authentication) for funds transfers.
The workflow for WAP Mobile Banking is provided
below:
PRE-REQUISITES for accessing WAP Mobile
Banking:
* Submit your
request for enabling
Mobile Funds
Transfer facility,
register your
mobile number
with the Bank
and obtain MPIN
* Send SMS to 9444394443 as "OTT <MPIN>" to
receive Onte Time Token (OTT)
* Ensure that your mobile is enabled with
GPRS connectivity
* Access Indian Bank WAP Mobile Banking through
your mobile browser: https://www.indianbank.net.in/wap
WAP Mobile Banking also provides m-Commerce
which facilitates customers to access more
than 150 merchant/ billers through a single
login and make payment of their bills either
through “Instant Pay” basis or
through “Register & Payment” mode
through their mobile handsets.
